Throughout life there will be periods when it feels like everything is changing at once and times when things seem quiet or even too good to be true. Depending on where you are currently at, you might be coming from a place of lack and feel like you have to know the exact steps to get to where you want to be.
However this desire to have it all figured out can often leave us feeling anxious or stuck, going round and round in circles, too scared to make a move. Alternatively you could be the type of person who takes a lot of action, does a lot of ‘hustling’ but then goes to bed feeling unfulfilled and lonely. Although to your peers (or Instagram followers) you seem to ‘have it all’.
Ultimately, comparing where you are at in relation to other people, is wasted energy. We are not all here to live the same linear existence and achieve certain things by set dates. So if you feel like you need to be married with kids by 30 or have washboard abs to be worthy, then it’s time to do some re-thinking my friend!
