I used to feel the same way until I learnt the power of accepting what is and becoming ok with life itself. When you let your thoughts control you, you suffer. However when you take the time to sit in awareness and be present with the stream of thoughts that pass in and out of your consciousness, in this state you can pick and choose the thoughts you want to think. What do you want to believe about yourself? What are the stories you are telling about the way reality is for you? I’ve created my new coaching programme, The Millennial Self-Love Club with the intention of guiding a small group of women through the practices that have truly changed my outlook on life, myself and the way I operate in the world.
